Cathy Rouy

Cathy Rouy has extensive experience in transformation and innovation within the social and economic sectors. Currently serving as the Directrice Transformation et Formation at Malakoff Humanis since April 2017, Cathy leads significant transformation initiatives for commercial development. Previous roles at Malakoff Humanis include Directrice Design Services et Industrialisation and Directrice Innovations Sociales, focusing on digital services and social entrepreneurship. Prior to this, Cathy was the Déléguée générale of the Fondation at Fédération nationale du Crédit Agricole, dedicated to socio-economic autonomy. Cathy's earlier career at MACIF involved leadership roles including Secrétaire générale of Fondation Macif, where Cathy promoted social innovation and managed partnerships. Academically, Cathy Rouy holds a Master's degree in Actions Internationales et RSE from Institut catholique de Paris and a leadership development certificate from Sciences Po.
