Benjamin John

Benjamin John is an experienced leader in humanitarian and development activities, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of CASFOD Nigeria since August 2023, a national non-governmental organization focused on child and women's rights. In addition to this role, Benjamin is a Global Steering Committee Member for Malala Fund, contributing to the expansion of the Education Champion Network, and an Advisory Committee Member for the Global Education Cluster, where significant advocacy and strategic planning initiatives have been undertaken. From December 2015 to November 2023, Benjamin was the Program Manager at the Restoration of Hope Initiative, emphasizing resource mobilization and program development. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Disaster Risk Management from the University of Maiduguri and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Modibbo Adama University, Yola.
