Silvia Bruzzone

Silvia Bruzzone is an experienced academic currently serving as an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer in the School of Business, Society and Engineering at Mälardalen University since April 2019. With a strong background in research, Silvia has contributed to various projects focused on urban sustainability, flood risk governance, and environmental management across multiple institutions, including Université Paris-Est, École nationale des ponts et chaussées, and Université François Rabelais de Tours. Key projects include the WISE Cities Project and the STAR-FLOOD Project, highlighting expertise in innovative solutions for environmental challenges and resilience in urban contexts. Silvia's extensive research experience is complemented by a visiting research fellowship at Middlesex University, further enhancing the breadth of knowledge in the field.
