Mousumi Rahman

Mousumi Rahman serves as the Asia Deputy Regional Director and Country Director for Cambodia at Malaria Consortium, with a career spanning over a decade in public health and operational excellence. Previously, Mousumi held the position of Senior Programme Advisor - Operational Excellence at SCI Foundation - UK, where responsibilities included managing multiple country programs and improving operational performance. Prior roles include Programme Manager at Imperial College London, leading health initiatives in Niger and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and coordinating the first Malaria Indicator Survey in Myanmar. Mousumi's expertise is further backed by experience with PATH, Management Systems International, Institut Pasteur, and the World Health Organization, alongside robust educational credentials from renowned institutions such as the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, culminating in advanced degrees in demography, health, and pharmacy.
