Adam Conley

Adam Conley has extensive experience in production management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Corporate Production Scheduler at Malarkey Roofing Products since May 2009. In this role, Adam plans and executes production schedules across four plants, leading weekly operations meetings to streamline activities and staffing. Previous roles include Commercial Roll Line Superintendent & Polymer Mixing Manager, overseeing 30 employees and focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency, and Roofing Mill Superintendent, managing 65 employees to ensure production targets are met. Prior to their work in roofing, Adam was a brewer at Baird Brewing Company. Adam holds a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the same institution.
