Daniel Baird

Daniel Baird has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Director of Logistics for Malarkey Roofing Products since November 2014. Previously, Daniel held various positions within the company, including Logistics Manager and Shipping Manager, where responsibilities included managing freight networks, fostering partnerships with transportation and 3PL providers, and leading logistics teams at manufacturing sites. Before joining Malarkey, Daniel worked at Methanex Corporation as Logistics Supervisor and Senior Coordinator, focusing on inventory management, vendor relationships, and strategic planning. Daniel's career began at Evergreen America as a Rail Logistics Analyst, where responsibilities involved optimizing railway freight and conducting vendor performance reviews. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Administration from Texas A&M University and a Certificate in Management from Southern Methodist University.
