Jay Kreft has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. JAY began their career at Johns Manville in 1995, where they held the role of Plant Manager & Six Sigma Black Belt until 2010. In 2010, they joined Malarkey Roofing Products as a Plant Manager and eventually became the Vice President of Manufacturing in October 2022.
Jay Kreft completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Rose State College from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management at Southwestern College from 2008 to 2013.
