Shane Uecker

Shane Uecker is an accomplished manufacturing and process engineering professional with extensive experience in managerial roles. At Malarkey Roofing Products since February 2014, Shane has served as both Plant Manager and Corporate Process Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes a decade at CertainTeed Corporation, where responsibilities as Plant Manager encompassed overseeing manufacturing operations with $55M in annual sales, managing teams of managers and employees, and leading process improvement initiatives. Previous roles also include Manufacturing Operations Manager, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, and Mechanical Engineering Intern. Early career experience includes teaching secondary mathematics in a school district, demonstrating strong skills in team training and employee motivation. Shane holds a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
