Arief Hidayat

Arief Hidayat is an Assistant Manager - Operational Governance Specialist at Maybank since November 2022, where responsibilities include conducting audits of branch service operational and credit operations. Previously, Arief participated in the Management Development Program focusing on Operations and gained valuable experience through on-the-job training. Arief's earlier roles include Office Administrator at Rumah Kepemimpinan, Data Entry at GREDU, and mentorship at Peta Careers. A Plant Production Intern at Great Giant Foods, Arief improved operational efficiency through innovative projects. Academic roles at Universitas Sriwijaya involved assisting in various laboratory and technical drawing classes. As Chairman of UKM U-READ UNSRI, Arief led numerous initiatives and events, fostering collaboration across institutions, and held the position of Public Relations Manager at Geulis Indonesia. Arief earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universitas Sriwijaya and furthered studies at IPB University.
