Franstel Garcia

Franstel Garcia has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as a System Analyst at Malayan Savings Bank since August 2021. Prior to this role, Franstel worked at Helix Software Technologies, progressing from Junior Java Web Developer to Junior System and Database Administrator over a six-year period. Additional experience includes a role as a PHP Web Developer as an on-the-job trainee at the University of the Philippines Institute for Small Scale Industries, and part-time IT Staff at Lyric Piano and Organ Corp. Franstel holds a Master in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, both from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
