Jerson Pascua

Jerson Pascua is a seasoned professional in the banking and finance sector with extensive experience in credit analysis and compliance. Currently a Credit Analyst at Malayan Savings Bank since July 2022, Jerson is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of information in Credit Offering Tickets. Previously, Jerson served at RCBC from January 2016 to April 2022 as a Compliance and Operational Risk Officer and as a Senior Credit Support Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance with laws and regulations and providing credit evaluation support. Prior experience includes roles at Planters Development Bank as an Account Assistant and Records Monitoring Assistant, as well as administrative support positions at Topserve Service Solutions Inc./Maybank Philippines Inc., and Philippines Epson Optical Inc. Jerson Pascua holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cavite State University, obtained in 2009.
