KHAIRUL ZAKI MOHAMED is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Industrial Relations at Malaysia Airlines since December 2023, KHAIRUL previously worked at Telekom Malaysia from April 2003 to February 2024, holding the positions of Manager Human Capital Business Partner and Manager of Industrial Relations within the Group Human Capital Management. KHAIRUL's background includes roles as Prosecution Officer, Investigation Officer, and in Investigation & Intelligence within Fraud Management. KHAIRUL holds a Bachelor of Accountancy in Accounting from Universiti Putra Malaysia, earned between 1994 and 1998.
