Prior to this role, Ray has held various positions in the field of economics and research, including being the Adjunct Faculty at Monash University Malaysia and the Head of Economics & Research at Opus Asset Management Sdn Bhd. Ray's extensive experience also includes roles at CIMB, RHB Research Institute, AmInvestment Management, and other reputable organizations. Ray holds a Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham, a Master's Degree in Finance from SOAS University of London, and degrees in Politics & International Relations, Business & Finance, and Economics.
