Joycelyn Goh is an experienced Senior Manager and Manager in Contracts, with a background in Quantity Surveying and Cost Control. Joycelyn has worked at MRCB, Penta-Ocean Construction Company Limited, McConnell Dowell, SWEE HONG LIMITED, and Gammon Construction Limited. Joycelyn holds a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Building Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, as well as an Advanced Diploma and Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman (TARC).
