Engineering, Construction and Environment is engaged in designing, building and contracting to control over its own property development projects. It develops high-voltage transmission networks, which consists of substations, overhead transmission lines and underground cabling. Its subsidiaries include DCS Operation & Maintenance Sdn. Bhd. and PJ Sentral DCS Sdn. Bhd.
