Cody Nicholas

Cody Nicholas is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Malcolm Thompson Pumps, starting in November 2024, following experience as an Undergraduate Design Engineer at SFDesign from October 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included designing and validating mechanical components for the mining sector and creating 3D models from scan data. Previously, Cody contributed to the Curtin Motorsport Team from August 2020 to January 2023, holding positions such as Vehicle Dynamics Project Student, where design and manufacturing of hybrid monocoque chassis components were key roles, and Race Engineer, focusing on driver data analysis and training. Earlier experience includes working as a Furniture Delivery and Assembly Offsider/Driver at Stratz Logistics from March 2021 to September 2022. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University, expected in July 2025, and a High School Diploma from Servite College, completed in November 2019.
