Nashwa Fathimath has a comprehensive work experience in the Maldives Police Service. Starting in 1995, they served as the Personal Assistant to the Commissioner of Police for almost a decade. Nashwa then took on various roles within the organization, including being a Public Relations Officer from 2005 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they held the position of Head of Crime Prevention Unit, where they conducted awareness campaigns and built partnerships to create safer communities.
