Bo (Jason) Pang, Ph.D., P.E. is a Traffic Engineer with extensive experience in transportation and traffic engineering across multiple companies, including Maldonado-Burkett, LLP since May 2019, Freese and Nichols in early 2022, and HR Green, Inc. from November 2017 to May 2019. Bo's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas such as traffic impact analysis, signal timing design, and highway geometric design, demonstrated through participation in TxDOT sponsored projects during the tenure at Texas Tech University, where Bo also served as a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Bo holds a Ph.D. from Texas Tech University (2012-2017), a Master of Science in Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Engineering from North China University of Science and Technology (2009-2012), and a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the same institution (2005-2009).
