Larry Colclasure

Larry Colclasure is a Senior Project Engineer at Maldonado-Burkett Intelligent Transportation Systems, LLP since October 2014, following a distinguished career of 30 years at the Texas Department of Transportation, where Larry served as Director of Transportation Operations. In this role, Larry Colclasure oversaw all traffic engineering activities, managing a team responsible for conducting traffic signal warrant studies, speed zone studies, and sight distance studies in accordance with AASHTO guidelines. Larry Colclasure holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 1981 and 1983, and graduated from Midway High School in 1979.
