Miguel (Angel) Alvarez has extensive experience in operations management and human resources within the staffing industry, currently serving as the Operations Manager and IT at Maleko Personnel since September 2013. In this role, Miguel oversees HR operations across 11 branches in multiple states, focusing on aligning processes with company values to foster quality, safety, and ethical practices. Previous positions include Lead Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter, where Miguel provided training and coaching, developed interviewing techniques, and promoted employee satisfaction. Miguel holds a Master’s Degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Business Administration, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from California State University - East Bay and Chabot College.
