Joana Almeida

Joana Almeida has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 with an internship at Besides The Obvious. From there, they worked as a Responsible for Store at Planeta Didático until 2017. In the same year, they became a Receptionist at STAY HOTELS and also joined Dolce Hotels & Resorts as a Receptionist. At Dolce Hotels & Resorts, they later became a Event Coordinator. In 2021, they worked briefly as a Receptionist at Dolce Hotels & Resorts again. Currently, in 2022, they hold the position of Center Coordinator at Maleo, where they manage daily operations, data analysis, team management, and communications with clients.

Joana Almeida completed their Licenciatura degree in Animação Turística from the Polytechnic of Leiria, from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include Curso Europeu de Socorrismo from LTM Consultoria in January 2022, Comunicação e Comportamento Organizacional from Citeforma in July 2021, Marketing Social from IEFP in March 2021, Curso Prático de Organização e Gestão de Eventos from CERTFORM - Escola de Formação Prática in June 2016, Folha de Cálculo, Excel from IEFP in June 2015, and Formação para Animadores de Atividades de Tempos Livres from Associação para a Promoção Cultural da Criança in October 2011.
