Christophe Plassard

Christophe Plassard has extensive experience in production management within the manufacturing sector, particularly in the areas of metal doors and steel processing. Since April 2005, Christophe has served as the Directeur de production multi sites at MALERBA, overseeing four factories and focusing on strategic development, productivity enhancement, and safety measures. Prior to this role, Christophe held the position of Directeur de Production at a metal door manufacturing plant, where responsibilities included industrialization, management of a team of 97, and production optimization. Earlier career experience includes positions as Responsable Production et relations clients at AMSV, where Christophe managed client relationships and production workshops, and as Responsable Production et technico-commercial at SOLUSTIL ARCELOR METAL, responsible for product development and major client management including Renault Trucks. Christophe holds a Brevet de technicien supérieur in Structure métallique from Ecole La Mache.
