Wayne Dowson brings extensive experience in operations and management within the leisure and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Zonal Operator & Leisure Analyst and previously as Operations Manager and Multi Site General Manager at Malhotra Group PLC since August 2004, Wayne has developed strong leadership skills and operational expertise. Prior roles include Second Man positions at Marlborough Social Club and Heaton Junction Club, where responsibilities encompassed managing daily operations, staff, and health and safety compliance. Wayne began a career in hospitality as Bar Staff and Glass Collector at Marlborough Social Club, coupled with early work as a Packer at Benfield Shrink & Field. Educational qualifications include an A Level in Advanced Business Studies from Walker Technology College and a Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality Management from PSB Training, along with a Level 2 Personal Licence from BIIAB.
