Allison Lemasters

Allison Lemasters has extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Malibu Boats since February 2015, Allison previously held leadership roles at Apex Tool Group, LLC, including Vice President of Sourcing and Operations and Director of Operations. Prior to that, experience includes positions at Danaher as Director of Distribution, and Volvo Construction Equipment, where significant achievements included leading the Asheville Plant to receive multiple safety and operational excellence recognitions. A background in engineering is supported by degrees from Tennessee Technological University and Roane State Community College, with a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering.
