Ronald Adair

Ronald Adair is a seasoned technical training coordinator with extensive experience in customer service and dealership training within the boating industry. Since June 2014, Ronald has been with Malibu Boats, overseeing internal customer service training and external dealership technician training, while also leading the service aspects of the dealership portal. Prior to this role, Ronald worked at Mastercraft Boat Company from February 2013 to June 2014 as a dealer link/web coordinator and technical trainer, focusing on refining site usability. Ronald's career began at Mako Marine International, where responsibilities included technical support and warranty administration, followed by a position at Mastercraft/HydraSports Boat Company, where Ronald provided customer service support and dealer training.
