Sean Jhuty

Sean Jhuty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at Malibu Boats since September 2013, Sean also owns Jhuty Farms, a venture initiated in January 2020. Previous roles include Managing Partner and Owner at Route 140 Market and Gas from April 2011 to August 2013, as well as Sr Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter at Prometheus Real Estate Group from December 2009 to April 2011. Earlier experience includes positions in human resources at Neilson Mobile and The Home Depot, where Sean held roles such as HR Manager and Staff Scheduler. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government & Comparative Religion from California State University, San Jose.
