Shelly Strickland

Shelly Strickland has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Malibu Boats since May 2005, where previous positions included Payroll and Benefits Manager and Payroll Administrator. Prior to this, Strickland worked at First Baptist Church as an Administrative Assistant from January 2003 to May 2005, supporting the worship pastor. Additionally, Strickland gained valuable experience at Cooper Communities from March 1990 to December 2002 as an Administrative Analyst, focusing on computer training, contract management, and network support. Shelly Strickland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Teacher Education from Carson-Newman College, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
