Ishaan Reyna

Ishaan Reyna is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in media, brand consulting, and cybersecurity. As the Founder and Creative Director of Malibu West, a media agency established in November 2018, Ishaan specializes in marketing strategy, content production, web design, and reputation management for purpose-driven organizations. Currently serving as a Consultant at Mastermind.com since February 2025, Ishaan leads workshops focused on strategic brand identity and authentic storytelling. Previous experience includes a role as a Venture Development Fellow at Harvard Innovation Labs, where Ishaan incubated a Cyber Security SaaS startup and received two Spark Grant awards. Additionally, Ishaan has shared expertise as a Guest Lecturer at both Hawaii Pacific University and Harvard Extension School, discussing topics related to digital security and the geopolitical implications of media narratives.
