Aino-Liis Tootsov

Aino-Liis Tootsov is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and emergency management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Transportation Engineer at MALICK & SCHERER, P.C. since October 2019. Aino-Liis also plays a critical role as a Civil Engineer/Emergency Management Specialist with Atkinson Consulting since August 2020, contributing to the Public Assistance Program as a QA Specialist for FEMA's Consolidated Resource Center, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
