Thomas Plohmann has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of controlling and systems analysis. Thomas started their career as a Praktikant Controlling at ETABO Energietechnik und Anlagenservice GmbH in 2013 and 2014. Thomas then joined Malik as an Analyst und Operations Support in 2017 before moving on to roles such as Analyst und Sensitivitätsmodellierung and Systems Expert: Analyst und Systemdiagnose; Sensitivitätsanalyse; Einfluss-Risikobewertung. Thomas is currently working at Malik as the Chief Systems Expert since May 2021. In between their roles at Malik, they also worked as an Unternehmenscontroller at ETABO Energietechnik und Anlagenservice GmbH.
Thomas Plohmann completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial Service Management at Hochschule Ruhr West from 2011 to 2015. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics at the same institution, earning a Master of Arts in Economics.
