Makram Shehab Eldeen

Makram Shehab Eldeen has extensive experience in graphic design, e-commerce, and customer service. Currently serving at Malik's Lebanon since June 2021, Makram offers graphic design, printing, and laser cut services across six branches in Lebanon, effectively increasing walk-in customer traffic. Additionally, involvement with Creative Fabrica since November 2018 includes selling graphic files that contribute to customer engagement. Prior experience encompasses nonprofit graphic design for various NGOs and local businesses at Lebanese University from December 2014 to September 2022, and leading customer service initiatives as a Retail Sales Manager at Diamant Branches from July 2008 to December 2016, resulting in a notable sales increase. Makram has a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and a License Candidate degree in Architecture, both from the Lebanese University - Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture.
