Benjamin Albritton

Benjamin Albritton has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an ESG Project Manager at Malk Partners since February 2023.

Prior to that, they served as a Junior Board Member at Komera starting from December 2022.

From February 2021 to February 2023, Benjamin worked at Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate, focusing on Social Impact, Financial Services, CEO, and Board. Before that, they served as a Practice Management Analyst from January 2019 to February 2021.

Benjamin gained valuable experience as a Sales Operations Intern at Medidata Solutions from June 2017 to August 2017, where they co-led a two-day offsite "Design Thinking" work session for the sales leadership team. Benjamin also conducted research, summarized, and created a report on the principles of "Design Thinking" for a Senior VP, which they later presented to senior sales members, multiple SVPs, EVPS, and the company COO.

In addition, Benjamin worked as a Bowery Venture Capital Fellow at Bowery Capital from June 2017 to August 2017.

Benjamin Albritton pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from Boston College from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they attended All Saints' Episcopal School. Benjamin also obtained additional certifications including General Lines from the Texas Department of Insurance in April 2018 and Security Industry Essentials (SIE) from FINRA in October 2018.
