Melissa Betts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Melissa is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Mallcomm since January 2021.

Before joining Mallcomm, Melissa worked as an HR Manager at X-on from November 2019 to December 2020.

Prior to that, they took a sabbatical in September 2019 to explore new opportunities before joining SmartestEnergy as an HR & Talent Manager from April 2019 to November 2019. Melissa also worked as an HR Manager at SmartestEnergy from May 2014 to April 2019.

That same year, they also completed the PTTLS preparing to teach in the lifelong sector course from WS Training in Ipswich. From 2009 to 2012, Melissa studied at University College Suffolk and earned a CIPD PgDip in Personnel Management (Level 7). Prior to that, they completed a BA in Literature and Art from The Open University between 1992 and 2008. Melissa Betts attended Suffolk New College Ipswich from 1982 to 1984, studying Catering.
