Cathi Ponciroli

Cathi Ponciroli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the pharmaceutical and legal industries. Cathi started their career in 1999 as a Civil Engineering Design Intern at EFK Moen, LLC. Cathi then worked as a Law Clerk at Brydon, Swearengen & England, PC in 2000 before becoming a Teaching Assistant at the University of Missouri School of Law. In 2001, they served as a Summer Associate at Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin LLP. Cathi joined Husch Blackwell LLP in 2002 and held the position of Partner until 2013. During their tenure, they were involved in various initiatives, including the True North program and the Women's Initiative Subcommittee. Cathi also served as the Chair of the Real Estate Department's Practice Development Committee and was a member of the Firm's Recruiting Committee. In 2013, Cathi joined Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as Counsel and held multiple positions, including Associate General Counsel and Vice President - Legal, before becoming the Vice President, General Counsel of Specialty Generics in November 2022. Cathi has a proven track record of expertise in the legal field, with publications and presentations related to environmental litigation and toxic torts.

Cathi Ponciroli attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. From 1999 to 2002, they studied at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. In 1990, they completed their high school education at Herscher High School.
