Khvatskaya Olga

Khvatskaya Olga currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Public Reporting and Corporate Governance at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since February 2024 and as SVP Corporate Secretary at Xplor since October 2021. Previously, Khvatskaya held the position of Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Philip Morris Products S.A. from September 2012 to October 2021. In 2018, Khvatskaya was also a professor in the international LLM program at the University of Lausanne. Earlier in the career, Khvatskaya worked as counsel at Hunton & Williams LLP from September 2000 to August 2012. Khvatskaya earned a JD in Law from Fordham University School of Law between 1997 and 1999.
