Kyoko Hozu

Kyoko Hozu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Senior Manager, HR&GA and HRBP for Japan at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kyoko held the position of HR Manager at Pirelli from December 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing headcount, labor costs, HRIS updates, and employee engagement. Additionally, Kyoko worked at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, from June 2008 to November 2016 as an HR Representative, gaining expertise in payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations, while contributing to the growth of the organization from 15 to over 70 employees.
