Rachel Batykefer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at CONTROL POINT SOLUTIONS, where they governed corporate training and development programs and managed the new hire onboarding process.

Overall, Rachel has a strong background in compliance operations, education, and communications, with expertise in global compliance programs and mergers and integration activities.

Rachel Batykefer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Rhode Island. Rachel also has a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University and a Performance Consultant Certification from Langevin Learning Services. Rachel obtained their high school diploma from West Morris Mendham High School. In addition, Rachel has obtained certifications in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn and "Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)" from the Compliance Certification Board in November 2011.
