Rachel Batykefer

Rachel Batykefer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachel is currently working at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as the Vice President of CIA and Compliance Operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Integrity & Compliance CIA Operations at the same company.

Before joining Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Rachel worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals for several years, where they held multiple positions including Sr. Director of Global Compliance & Ethics Training, Policy & Operations, Director of Global Compliance Education and Communications, CCEP, and Associate Director of Compliance. Their responsibilities included overseeing compliance education and awareness programs, developing and coordinating compliance communications, and leading training and communications efforts related to mergers and integration activities.

Rachel also gained valuable experience at Tyco International as a Senior Manager of Ethics and Compliance Programs and Manager of Compliance Education. In these roles, they focused on improving the culture of ethics and compliance and reducing compliance risks through needs assessments and training programs.

Rachel started their career at SMART Business Advisory and Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where they managed global compliance education projects and led a large-scale code of conduct recertification.

Rachel also has prior experience as a PMO Analyst at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, where they oversaw project management office processes and engaged with vendors for automated workflow.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at CONTROL POINT SOLUTIONS, where they governed corporate training and development programs and managed the new hire onboarding process.

Overall, Rachel has a strong background in compliance operations, education, and communications, with expertise in global compliance programs and mergers and integration activities.

Rachel Batykefer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Rhode Island. Rachel also has a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University and a Performance Consultant Certification from Langevin Learning Services. Rachel obtained their high school diploma from West Morris Mendham High School. In addition, Rachel has obtained certifications in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn and "Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)" from the Compliance Certification Board in November 2011.
