Juan Gonzalez is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with extensive experience in electric motor design and testing. Currently serving as the Drivetrain/eMotor Principal at Malloy Aeronautics Ltd. since February 2023, Juan previously held multiple leadership roles at Arrival from October 2018 to February 2023, focusing on integrated drive units and electromagnetic design. With a strong background as a Test & Development Engineer at eDrive Engineering Services and GKN EVO EDRIVE SYSTEMS LIMITED, Juan has demonstrated expertise in performance characterization and validation of electrical rotating machines. Earlier positions included roles in electromagnetic design and electrical testing across various companies, complemented by a degree in Electric Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
