Molly Burrows

Molly Burrows is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as a Duty Manager at Malmaison since November 2021, Molly previously held the positions of Assistant Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Supervisor. Prior roles include Sales & Events Executive and Golf Assistant at Forest of Arden, a Marriott Hotel and Country Club, and The Belfry Hotel & Resort, respectively. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Derby, complemented by A Levels from The Sixth Form College, Solihull, and GCSEs from King Edwards Vi Sheldon Heath Academy.
