Madeleine Hejde

Madeleine Hejde is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as an HR consultant at Malmö stad since August 2021, Madeleine is involved in initiatives aimed at enhancing the educational experience for students. Previously, as an HR generalist at Skåne Stadsmission from March 2020 to July 2021, Madeleine provided support to vulnerable populations facing homelessness and other social challenges. Prior experience includes an HR generalist role at Alstom, focusing on innovative transportation solutions, and an internship in HR at Stryker, a leading medical technology company. Madeleine began a career in healthcare as an undersköterska at Region Skåne prior to pursuing a degree in Personal- och arbeteslivsvetenskap from Kristianstad University, which was completed in 2019.
