David Small

David Small is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the West Region Sales Manager at Malnove Holding Company Inc. since September 2017, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales processes, customer satisfaction, and CRM implementation. Prior to this, David held various leadership roles at COMPAS Technology, including VP of Sales, where major account presentations and enterprise client targeting were key focuses. With a background spanning positions such as Account Executive, Director of Sales, and Sales Development Representative in previous organizations, David has developed a comprehensive skill set in sales strategy, team training, and client relationship management. David began a career in sales after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California in 2011, and also contributed as a Varsity Pitching Coach at Acalanes Union High School District.
