Kari Narduzzo

Kari Narduzzo, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Malnove Holding Company Inc. since November 2010, Kari oversees HR functions for a company specializing in packaging product systems across North America. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Drake-Williams Steel, Inc., where responsibilities involved managing HR for a major supplier of structural steel, and at Heartland Automotive Services, which operates over 430 Jiffy Lubes nationwide. Earlier in the career, Kari held the position of District Operations Manager at Simmonds Restaurant Management. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Bellevue University and studies at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
