Erin Boers

Erin Boers currently serves as the Associate Director of University Grants at Willamette University, a position held since November 2018, after previously working as the Assistant Director of Institutional Grants at the same institution. Prior to this, Erin held the role of Screening and Care Systems Coordinator at The Marion & Polk Early Learning Hub from June 2015 to June 2018. Erin's career in education began at Community Action Head Start, where responsibilities included Family Educator Mentor and Family Educator from October 2010 to June 2015. Erin Boers earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and Peace, Justice and Conflict Studies from Goshen College, attending from 2002 to 2008.
