Jodi Santillie

Jodi Santillie is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Leadership at Willamette University since July 2022. Previous roles include Assistant Director for Campus Programming and Traditions at Berklee College of Music from August 2019 to June 2022, where Jodi managed various programming initiatives and established new traditions. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Advisor at The Evergreen State College from September 2013 to July 2019, overseeing student groups and coordinating leadership programs, as well as advising student organizations at Western Illinois University as a Graduate Assistant in Volunteer Services from August 2011 to May 2013. Jodi holds a Master’s of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Oregon University.
