Norman Williams currently serves as the Ken & Claudia Peterson Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Constitutional Government at Willamette University since July 2001. Previously, Norman held the position of Associate at Mayer Brown from November 1996 to June 2001 and worked as a Law Clerk to Hon. Patrick Higginbotham at the U.S. Court of Appeals from August 1995 to August 1996. Norman's legal career began as a Summer Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in 1994. Norman earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law between 1992 and 1995 and completed an A.B. in Government at Harvard University from 1987 to 1991.
