Lynn Delidow oversees a large portfolio of multi-family and senior housing across the greater Boston area. She serves on Maloney’s Board of Directors and is an active member of the Employee Training and Professional Development Committee. Ms. Delidow has extensive experience in service enriched housing, occupied renovations and relocation programs; and she has overseen the evaluation of maintenance systems throughout Maloney’s management portfolio.
Over the past fifteen years, Ms. Delidow has worked closely with Maloney’s clients to provide the highest quality of housing and services to large and diverse resident populations, often with multiple subsidy layers and varied ownership structures. Her expertise in the management of mixed use and service enriched housing—and her ability to form and manage partnerships with owners, community stakeholders and residents—has helped to build and support strong, vibrant, successful communities throughout the greater Boston area.
Ms. Delidow’s portfolio encompasses properties with varied funding sources including LIHTC, Section 8, local and state HOME funds, CBH, FCF, and specific project set asides. She holds a Masters in Social Work from Boston University and has a CP5 designation for the management of properties that receive tax credits.
