Amine Belkacem

Amine Belkacem is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in building and optimizing human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of People at Malou since May 2022, Amine previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Superprof from January 2019 to September 2022, where significant achievements included scaling the team from 30 to 115 members and enhancing employee engagement across 35 countries. Amine's earlier roles include HR Manager at Oneytrust and HR Business Partner at ID-Expert, along with a focus on anti-fraud training. Amine holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Université Paris V and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Université de Lyon 2.
