Magdalena Murtra Pera

Magdalena Murtra Pera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community building, event management, and human resources. Currently serving as Regional Community Builder for Catalonia at Malt since January 2019, Magdalena creates and implements strategies for awareness, acquisition, and engagement in the IT sector. Previous roles include Event Project Manager for the YouthSpeak Forum 2020 at AIESEC, where the focus was on youth engagement towards the Sustainable Development Goals, and Head of Local Operations at AIESEC, achieving notable growth and excellence awards. Additional experiences encompass HR consultancy at Humannova, coordination within various organizational roles, and teaching Spanish to adolescents. Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Work Psychology, Organizations, and Human Resources Management from Universitat Ramon Llull, along with further education in equality awareness.
