Chief Officer Investment Promotion at Malta Enterprise

Marion Zammit has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marion began their career in 1999 at STMicroelectronics, where they worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer until 2005. From there, they moved on to Abbott, where they served as a Medical Representative from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Vivian Corporation Ltd. as a Brand Manager for Teva Pharmaceuticals until 2017. Marion then transitioned to Malta Enterprise in 2017 and took on roles such as Investment Promotion, Head of Investment Promotion, and currently holds the position of Chief Officer of Investment Promotion. Additionally, they had a brief period as a Lecturer in Management at St. Martin's College in 2012-2013.

Marion Zammit completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Malta in 1999. During their undergraduate years, they specialized in Environmental Chemistry and also worked on a dissertation project. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) focusing on Lean Manufacturing Methods from the same university.
