Neil Ross

Neil Ross is a Senior Software Engineering Manager with 35 years of software engineering experience, having worked across various domains including defence, finance, health, retail, travel, telecoms, and networking. They have held key roles at eight different companies, including leadership positions as a senior engineering manager at Swipii and Current Health, and have contributed to the success of Scottish startups that became scale-ups. Neil has a B.Eng in Electronic Systems & Microcomputer Engineering from the University of Glasgow and has collaborated internationally with teams in countries like China, India, and the USA. Currently, Neil is focusing on part-time opportunities to share their extensive knowledge and support others on their startup and scale-up journeys.
